1. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled only within 10 minutes of placing the order and before food preparation begins.
Once food preparation has started, cancellations are not accepted under any circumstances.
For dine-in reservations, if you cannot make it at the scheduled time, please inform us at least 2 hours in advance so we can accommodate other guests.
2. No Refund Policy
All confirmed orders are final and non-refundable.
Refunds will not be issued once an order is confirmed and food preparation has started.
Refunds are also not applicable for:
- Incorrect address or contact information provided by the customer.
- Customer unavailability at the time of delivery.
- Delays caused by third-party delivery partners or traffic conditions.
- Change of mind after confirmation.
3. Order Replacement (In Exceptional Cases)
In the rare case that an incorrect or damaged order is delivered due to our fault, we may offer a replacement order at no extra cost.
Replacement approval is solely at the discretion of Mandakini Restaurant & Bar management.
Customers must report such issues within 30 minutes of delivery by contacting us via phone or email.
5. Third-Party Platforms
If your order is placed through a third-party platform such as Swiggy, Zomato, or Dunzo, their cancellation and refund policies will apply.
