We currently offer:

  • Dine-in services (on-site at our restaurant)

  • Takeaway / Self-pickup orders

  • Local food delivery (within Mangalagiri and nearby areas)

Delivery availability depends on order location, kitchen capacity, and delivery partner availability.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard delivery time: 30 to 60 minutes (depending on distance, order size, and kitchen rush).

  • During weekends, holidays, or peak hours, delivery times may vary slightly.

  • Our team will inform you of the estimated delivery time at the moment your order is confirmed.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery fees may apply based on location and order amount.

  • Any applicable charges will be clearly communicated at the time of placing your order.

  • Occasionally, free delivery promotions may be available.

4. Takeaway / Self-Pickup Orders

  • Customers can place takeaway orders via phone, email, or in person.

  • The approximate pickup time will be provided when the order is confirmed.

  • Please present your order confirmation or name at the counter during pickup.

5. Third-Party Delivery Partners

  • Mandakini Restaurant & Bar may use trusted third-party delivery platforms (such as Swiggy, Zomato, or Dunzo).

  • Once the order is handed over to a delivery partner, delivery timelines and handling are governed by their respective terms.

  • We are not responsible for any delays, damage, or temperature loss caused during third-party transit.

6. Order Confirmation
  • Orders are prepared only after confirmation via phone, email, or online platform.
  • Please review your order details carefully before confirming.
  • Once confirmed, the order cannot be altered or canceled if food preparation has begun.

7. Cancellations and No Refund Policy

  • Orders cannot be canceled or modified once the preparation process has started.

  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges are permitted after an order is confirmed.

  • In case an incorrect order is delivered due to a genuine mistake on our part, we may offer a replacement at our discretion — subject to management approval.

  • Refunds will not be issued for customer errors, incorrect addresses, late pickups, or unavailability at the time of delivery.

8. Delivery Area

We currently deliver within Mangalagiri and nearby locations.

Delivery outside this radius may be available through select third-party platforms, subject to their coverage and terms.
